Once again we ran the main stage at this feel-good family friendly festival. Thanks, as always, go to Abi Powell for booking the fantastic bands, which all went down really well despite the occasional showers.
Big thanks also to Colin from The Fabulous Funky Funks for bringing his drum kit for all the other bands to use – this makes the changeovers from one band to the other much faster.
We had a few issues with a leaky stage roof, which the event organisers are going to raise with the staging people, but it didn’t stop us or the bands putting on a great show for everyone.
The day ended with a DJ set including some UK Garage classics from the late 90s. Our new full colour Laser looked great alongside our moving head LEDs.
